Background: In the rapidly evolving digital age, the integration of technology into daily life has transformed social norms and created complex ethical challenges. This study examines the fundamental role of ethics in brand platforming in the electronics industry. Method: The present study was in the category of descriptive and correlational research. The statistical population includes employees and official representatives of Simaran Electronics Industries Company, and the sample size was considered to be the whole number method (220 people) due to the limited statistical population. The data collection tool included a researcher-made questionnaire. Structural equation modeling in smart-pls software was used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that the dimensions and ethical foundations of brand platform building in the electronics industry include, in order of priority, sustainable interactions (partners, suppliers, communication management); safety (protecting users from harm, not providing false information, protecting user personal information); transparency in operations (providing understandable information to users about how platforms work, explaining how data is used, clarity in decision-making (especially automated decisions); fairness (acceptance, non-discrimination, justice); trust-building (responsibility, accountability). Conclusion: The research results showed that integrating ethical principles into platform development and governance is not simply a matter of compliance. It is a prerequisite for building a truly sustainable digital future that benefits all stakeholders.
