fa بررسی میزان رعایت مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای آموزش در اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه شاهد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><strong>زمینه</strong>: پژوهش حاضر به دنبال بررسی میزان رعایت مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای آموزش اعضای هیأت علمی‌است. از آنجا که محیط‌های آموزشی و بالاخص دانشگاه‌ها، وظیفه‌ای خطیر در جهت تربیت افراد و رشد و توسعه جامعه ایفا می‌کنند، ضرورت رعایت اخلاق حرفه‌ای هیأت علمی‌به‌خاطر تأثیرگذاری شگرف برروی دانشجویان که اداره امور کشور را در ابعاد مختلف به دست خواهند گرفت مضاعف است.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>روش کار</strong>: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه شاهد می‌باشند که با فرمول کرجسی و مورگان از تعداد 5758 نفر تعداد 361 نفر از آنها به‌عنوان نمونه تحقیق اتنخاب شده اند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است که اعتبارآن از دید متخصصان مورد تأیید قرار گرفته و پایایی آزمون با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ علمی87<span dir="LTR">/</span>. تعیین گردیده است. در تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از ابزار پژوهش از آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی و <span style="color: black;">آمار استنباطی(آزمون تی تک گروهی،آزمون فرید من) استفاده شده است. </span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته&rlm; ها</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong> یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از اهمیت رعایت اخلاق حرفه‌ای در امر آموزش از دیدگاه دانشجویان است<span style="color: black;">. از دیدگاه دانشجویان </span>مؤلفه‌های اخلاقی رعایت شده از جانب اعضای هیأت علمی از بیشترین تا کمترین مؤلفه عبارت‌اند از: رعایت ادب و نزاکت در برابر دانشجویان، حفظ اسرار دانشجویان توسط اساتید، عدم تأمین منافع مادی در قبال دادن نمره به دانشجویان، جلب اعتماد و احترام دانشجویان، داشتن روحیه تحمل و بردباری و سعه صدر در برخورد با دانشجویان از طرف اساتید، توجه به آراستگی ظاهر و پوشش مناسب توسط اساتید، پرهیز از شوخی و طنزهای ناشایست وعدم استفاده اساتید از امکانات دانشگاهی جهت امور شخصی. همچنین نتایج حاکی از تفاوت در اولویت‌بندی این مؤلفه‌ها در در دانشکده‌های پزشکی و غیر پزشکی است<span style="color: black;">. </span><span style="color: black;">از دید دانشجویان </span><span style="color: black;">در دانشکده‌های پزشکی اخلاق حرفه‌ای بیشتر از غیر پزشکی رعایت می‌شود. اما این تفاوت از نظری آماری معنادار نیست. </span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong> بهترین راهکار برای بهبود اخلاق حرفه‌ای، تلاش در جهت تهیه و تدوین منشور اخلاقی در دانشگاه‌ها با کمک مسؤولین امر و صاحب‌نظران و نهادینه کردن این امر در دانشگاه‌هاست. </span></span></div> <div><strong>Background:</strong> In our society, extension of ethics in all cultural and socio-economic fields is important. Socializing ethics in organizations, especially insurance companies is a way to improve quantity and quality of products, services, security and safety of employees, customers and society, to prevent from financial and moral corruption, to notice the dignity of individuals and to obey the regulations fairly. In general, socializing of ethics is a way to increase customer satisfaction and quality of community that the organization operates in. Investigating the problem of fraud in insurance has very valuable scientific and practical points too, because of making artificial losses and receiving large amounts of claims from insurance companies causes physical and mental losses to insurance companies.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this study in order to investigate the influence of ethics on reducing fraud in customers&#39; point of view, so policy holders of auto insurance department were considered. In this study the sample of 118 respondents has been selected from Iran, Asia and Persian insurance companies, for answering questionnaires.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Findings of this research that are the result of testing hypotheses show the role of ethics in amount of fraud in insurance companies.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> After the median test, results showed that following ethical principles by policy holders, insurers and the institutions related to losses influence in reducing insurance fraud.
