The right to food security should be recognized in important documents such as the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and oblige governments to make commitments to protect, respect and guarantee this right. The moral dimensions of food security are such that its absence is not only a violation of human rights, but can also be a crime against humanity, and for this reason, international monitoring and enforcement mechanisms are necessary for the realization of this right. The purpose of this research is to examine the moral and legal mechanisms of food security in the age of technology and analyze the obligations of governments and the role of international organizations in this regard</span></span><b><i><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:90%">.</span></span></i></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:90%"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Conclusion</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">: Recent reports by specialized organizations such as the Food and Agriculture Organization, the World Food Program and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights show that food insecurity and global malnutrition are no longer simply a human challenge, but are considered a structural factor threatening sustainable peace, social justice and balanced global development. This research examines three fundamental aspects in the realization of global food security: first, transboundary obligations and human rights obligations of governments; Second, the role of international organizations in the regulation, monitoring and implementation of this right; and third, the link between the right to food and the sustainable development approach.
