fa طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی پارادایمی ارتقای چارچوب ارزش‌ها و اخلاق در پژوهش های پزشکی Design and Validation of a Paradigmatic Model for Promoting the Framework of Values and Ethics in Medical Research تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: پزشکی دانشی منحصربه‌فرد است که به‌دلیل ارتباط مستقیم با جان انسان، اخلاق و پژوهش را به‌عنوان اجزای جدایی‌ناپذیر خود می‌طلبد. از این‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی ارتقای چارچوب ارزش‌ها و اخلاق در پژوهش‌های پزشکی انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه با رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی متوالی طراحی گردید. در بخش کیفی از روش داده بنیاد استفاده شد و جامعه مشارکت کنندگان این مرحله کلیه مدیران، متخصصان و خبرگان دانشگاهی در حوزه اخلاق پژوهشی بودند که از این بین 18 نفر از مطلعان موضوعی به ‌روش هدفمند ملاکی در پژوهش مشارکت نمودند. داده‌ها نیز با مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته جمع آوری و با روش تحلیل مضمونی تحلیل شد. در بخش کمی نیز از روش پیمایش از خبرگان استفاده شد که نمونههای این بخش شامل 18 نفر از کارشناسان و اعضای هیأت علمی بودند که به روش دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده پرسشنامه محقق ساخته الگوی کاربردی تدوین چارچوب ارزشها و اخلاق در پژوهشیهای پزشکی بود که دادههای حاصل از آن از طریق CVRدر نرم افزار SPSS26  تحلیل گردید. یافتهها: یافتههای بخش کیفی نشان داد در مجموع 109 شاخص و مفهوم باز از چگونگی ارتقای اخلاق پژوهشی در مطالعات پزشکی مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت که میتوان اقدامات موردنظر را براساس ماهیت آن به 28 مقوله محوری در سطوح 6 گانه الگوی پارادایمی طبقه بندی نمود. یافته کمی نیز مشخص نمود الگوی به دست آمده از اعتبار لازم 74.50/0 برخوردار است. نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین ارتقای اخلاق پژوهش مستلزم فراهم‌سازی شرایط زیست‌اخلاقی در سطوح فردی و نهادی و نیازمند سیاست‌گذاری، برنامه‌ریزی منسجم و بهبود شرایط آموزشی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی و مدیریتی است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Medicine is a unique science that, due to its direct connection with human life, requires ethics and research as its inseparable components. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of designing and validating a model for promoting the framework of values and ethics in medical research. Method: This study was designed with a sequential mixed exploratory approach. In the qualitative part, the data-driven method was used, and the participants of this stage were all managers, specialists, and academic experts in the field of research ethics, of which 18 subject matter experts participated in the research using a criterion-based purposeful method. Data were also collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. In the quantitative part, the expert survey method was used, and the samples of this part included 18 experts and faculty members who were selected using the convenience method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, an applied model for developing a framework of values and ethics in medical research, and the data obtained from it were analyzed through CVR in SPSS26 software. Results: The qualitative findings showed that a total of 109 indicators and open concepts were identified on how to promote research ethics in medical studies, and the desired actions can be classified into 28 core categories based on their nature at the 6 levels of the paradigm model. The quantitative findings also indicated that the obtained model has the required validity of 0.74.50.
