other رابطه اخلاق و سازه های جامعه شناختی با سرمایه فکری Relationship of Ethics and Sociological Structures with Intellectual Capital تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: اخلاق موضوع مورد نیاز تمام حرفه ها و شرکتها است که وجود آن نقش موثری در تعالی هر حرفه و ارتقا ساختار شرکتها دارد. سرمایه فکری نیز عامل اصلی ایجاد ارزش در شرکتها است. بنابراین، بررسی رابطه بین این دو متغیر از اهمیت به سزایی برخوردار است. روش: این پژوهش کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آن را کل کارکنان شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران تشکیل میدهد. نمونه برگزیده شامل 94 نفر است که با استفاده از نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شده اند. برای بررسی متغیرهای پژوهش از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شد. همچنین، زمان مطالعه سال 1395 است. برای تحلیل یافتهها در قالب 2 فرضیه اصلی و 7 فرضیه فرعی، از روش معادلات ساختاری توسط نرم افزار Smart PLS، استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان می دهد در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، بین اخلاق حرفه ای و سرمایه فکری رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد که به ترتیب شامل سرمایهانسانی، سرمایهاجتماعی و سرمایهساختاری است. بررسی نتایج مرتبط با اثر تعاملی سابقهکار، مدرک تحصیلی، جنسیت و سن نیز حاکی از آن است که این متغیرها رابطه بین اخلاق حرفهای و سرمایه فکری را به صورت مثبت تعدیل می کنند. همچنین، یافته ها نشان می دهند که بیشترین میزان اثر بر رابطه بین اخلاق حرفه ای و سرمایه فکری به ترتیب مربوط به متغیرهای سن، سابقه، تحصیلات و جنسیت است. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که شرکتها باید نسبت به تقویت سرمایه فکری در هر سه زمینه سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه ساختاری اقدام کنند تا افزون بر ارتقای اخلاق و جلب اعتماد عمومی، به افزایش ارزش شرکت نیز دسترسی یابند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Ethics is the required subject in all professions and organizations and its existence provides an effective role in professional excellence and promotion of values of organizations. Intellectual capital is also the main factor for value creation in companies. Hence, an empirical study of the relationship between these variables is important. Method: This study is an applied research based on the descriptive-correlational analysis. The investigation was conducted by standard questionnaire and a simple random sampling of 94 managers and employees of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange in 2016. For analyzing results of the 2 main hypotheses and 7 subsidiary hypotheses, Smart PLS software was used. Results: The findings show that there is a positive and significant relationship between professional ethics and intellectual capital. The most significant variables in this regard are human capital, social capital and structural capital, respectively. In addition, the findings related to interactive effects of work experience, academic degree, gender, and age indicate that these variables adjust the relationship between professional ethics and intellectual capital. In this context, results show that the most effective factors in the relationship between professional ethics and intellectual capital are respectively related to the variables of age, experience, education, and gender. Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, it can be claimed that there is a positive relationship between professional ethics and intellectual capital, therefore, it is suggested that professional ethics pay special attention to increasing the level of intellectual capital that is a valuable subject in the organization.</div> اخلاق حرفه ای, سرمایه فکری, مدیران, ویژگی های اخلاقی حسابداری.
