Abstract:   (29 Views)
Background: Today, the spread of new technologies and their challenges require the adaptation of regulations to this field. Among these cases is artificial intelligence technology. The applications of artificial intelligence in all aspects of social life are obvious and do not require reasoning and proof. Artificial intelligence is always utilized by various organizations and institutions in order to achieve their goals and competencies. Therefore, the present study has examined the importance of ethics and civil responsibility in artificial intelligence technology.
Conclusion: Choosing a specific and coherent mechanism of civil responsibility for artificial intelligence is important from a moral, social and economic perspective. National laws have different approaches to adapting to the challenges of AI. Most existing frameworks for AI ethics are based on secular and Western-oriented principles such as individual autonomy, beneficence, justice, and nonmaleficence. While these principles have applications in a global context, in many societies, regional and local issues must be considered, and ethical rules cannot be derived solely from the interaction of an individual with technology or society, but rather stem from the multi-layered relationship of humans with themselves, others, and the environment.
