fa وضعیت اخلاق حرفه‌ای اساتید دانشگاهی از دیدگاه دانشجویان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">زمینه</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">: علیرغم نقش بی‌بدیل اساتید در فرایند تعلیم و تربیت در دانشگاه‌ها و اهمیت رعایت اخلاق از سوی آنها پژوهش‌های چندانی در راستای ساخت مدل‌های مفهومی اخلاق حرفه‌ای اساتید انجام نشده است. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی وضعیت اخلاق حرفه‌ای اساتید دانشگاه‌ها از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرداخته است. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">روش</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">: شیوه انجام پژوهش در بخش شناسایی شاخص‌ها، تحلیل منطقی متن و در بخش تأیید اعتبار و مفهوم‌سازی مجدد، جزء مطالعات پیمایشی است. جامعه مورد بررسی در این پژوهش، کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های دولتی غیرپزشکی استان قم است که از بین آنها 373 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. روش نمونه‌گیری، طبقه‌ای تصادفی و ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته مبتنی بر شاخص‌های مفهومی مدل بوده است. برای تحلیل اطلاعات از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، آزمون </span><span dir="LTR">t</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> و آزمون رتبه‌ای فریدمن استفاده شده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">یافته‌ها</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">: با تحلیل عاملی داده‌ها، مفهوم اخلاق حرفه‌ای اساتید شامل سه بعد و هشت شاخص &laquo;عدالت، ضابطه‌مداری، اعتدال، بردباری، جوانمردی، انگیزه‌بخشی، تدریس اثربخش و هدایت‌گری علمی&raquo; به دست آمد. عامل استخراج شده، 62 درصد از واریانس متغیر اخلاق حرفه‌ای اساتید را تبیین می‌کند. امتیاز اساتید در تمامی شاخص‌ها در وضعیت بالاتر از متوسط قرار دارد و بردباری اساتید، بالاترین رتبه را از نظر دانشجویان دارد. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">: این بررسی نشان داد که از نگاه دانشجویان، اساتید دانشگاهی در رعایت هشت شاخص استخراجی اخلاق حرفه‌ای با وضعیت مطلوب فاصله دارند. لذا می‌توان اذعان نمود دانشگاه‌ها و نهادهای بالادستی آن هنوز نیازمند اقدامات مؤثرتری در ارتقای شاخص‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای اساتید دانشگاهی هستند. </span><br> &nbsp; <div><strong>Background</strong>: In spite of significant role of professors in education process at universities and the importance of professors&rsquo; ethics, there are not so many researches to develop conceptual models of professors&rsquo; ethics. This paper has investigated faculty members&rsquo; professional ethics in view of students.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: The research method for identifying the indicators is text logical analysis and for verification and re-conceptualization is a survey. The research population includes all students of public non-medical universities, that among them, 373 subjects were selected. Sampling method was stratified and research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire. Alpha-Chronbach, exploratory factor analysis, t-test and Friedman ranking test were implied for data analysis.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The concept of professors&rsquo; professional ethics was designed through factor analysis including three dimensions and eight indicators as &ldquo;justice, regulation-orientation, moderation, tolerance, generosity, motivation, effective teaching and scientific guiding&rdquo;. Extracted factor explains 62% of the variable variance. All points are more than average level and professors&rsquo; tolerance at the highest level in view of students.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: This investigation indicated that in view of students, professors have some gaps in following eight indicators of professional ethics with desired level.
