fa رابطۀ هوش اخلاقی با سبک زندگی معلمان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">زمینه</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">: هوش اخلاقی به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد افراد و انجام رفتارهای فرا وظیفه‌ای که دارد، می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در زندگی افراد داشته باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه هوش اخلاقی و سبک زندگی معلمان آموزش و پرورش اردبیل (شهرستان بیله سوار) درسال 95-94 بوده است. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">روش</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">: روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بوده است. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه معلمان به تعداد 386 نفربودند که براساس جدول مورگان نمونه‌ای به حجم 190نفر، به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب گردید. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش اخلاقی و سبک زندگی استفاده شد. <a name="OLE_LINK212">داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون موردتجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</a></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">یافته‌ها</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">: نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد </span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">که بین تمام مؤلفه‌های هوش اخلاقی و سبک زندگی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین تحلیل رگرسیون بیانگر این است که مؤلفه‌های هوش اخلاقی قادر به پیش‌بینی سبک زندگی می‌باشد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">: <span style="color:black;">دستاوردها بیانگر این است که توجه به کلیه مؤلفه‌های هوش اخلاقی می‌تواند در ارتقای سطح سبک زندگی معلمان نقش مؤثری ایفاء کند و نیز اگر به مبانی اخلاقی پایبندی&nbsp; بیشتری داشته باشند احساس ارزشمند بودن در زندگی معلمان بهبود خواهد یافت.</span></span></div> <br> &nbsp; <strong>Background</strong>: Moral intelligence can play an effective role in people&#39;s lives as one of the factors influencing the performance of individuals and the accomplishment of their transactional behaviors. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between moral intelligence and <a id="OLE_LINK54" name="OLE_LINK54">life style</a> of public school teachers in Bilehsavar in 2013-2014.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: The method of study is descriptive-correlation. Population of study includes all teachers. Of all the teachers (n=386), 190 were chosen randomly based on Morgan table. To collect data, two standard moral intelligence and life style questionnaires were used. Data were analyzed using correlation coefficient and regression tests<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results</strong>: The results showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between moral intelligence and life style.
