fa اخلاق در پژوهش عملیات تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">زمینه: پژوهش عملیاتی(<span dir="LTR">OR</span>) به ارتباط میان الگو‌های علمی و کاربرد الگو‌ها در زمینه های اجتماعی برمی‌گردد که در واقع در قلب قلمرو علم مدیریت قرار دارد. اخلاق در پژوهش عملیاتی به تازگی مطرح و جذابیت خاصی برای محققان این رشته علمی فراهم نموده و اخیرا نیز مطالعات زیادی در این حوزه انجام شده است.اکثر این مطالعات ارتباط میان الگو‌های <span dir="LTR">OR</span> و اخلاقیات را با توجه به عملکرد متخصص <span dir="LTR">OR</span> و زمینه‌ای که متخصص از این الگو‌ها استفاده می‌نماید مورد بررسی قرار داده اند.<br> &nbsp;<br> روش کار: در این مقاله مروری با توجه به مشکلات موجود در ارتباط میان متخصص <span dir="LTR">OR</span> با خریداران، تصمیم گیرندگان و ذی‌نفعان و همچنین به منظور درک بهتر تاثیر متقابل علوم اجتماعی، طراحی نهادی و تخصص برخی از چالشهای مربوط به جنبه های اخلاقی <span dir="LTR">OR</span> بحث و بررسی شده اند.<br> &nbsp;<br> <span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span><span dir="RTL"> این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که در حوزه </span>OR<span dir="RTL"> هیچ تجزیه و تحلیل، الگوسازی و انتخاب ابزار تجزیه و تحلیل به طور کامل از اخلاقیات مستثنی نیست و در واقع بایستی مسائلی نظیر ناسازگاری، غیرقابل مقایسه بودن و عدم اطمینان به حساب آورده شوند. همچنین پیچیدگی ارتباطات میان ارزشهای اخلاقی و شناسایی اهداف جمعی به درک چرایی این مسأله که مشکلات کارایی و تخصص دربرابر تجزیه و تحلیل اخلاقی قرار دارند، کمک می‌کند.برای رفع این مشکل انجمنها و موسسات پژوهش عملیاتی توانسته اند در غالب اصول و راهنمایی اخلاقی، ارزشهای اخلاقی و اجتماعی را بیان کنند ولی به‌کارگیری این اصول و راهنمایی اخلاقی در ایران نیازمند بومی سازی است</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;<br> <strong>Backgrounds</strong>: Operations research (OR) is basically concerned with the relationship between scientific modeling and the application of models in social contexts. This problematic is also central in core domains of the management sciences (MS). Researches have recently outlined a perspective on the relationship between OR models and ethics that squarely ties ethical engagement to daily practice and, more specifically, to the manner in which a practitioner uses a model or other techniques in a particular setting.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this review paper several challenges of introducing ethical aspects into OR are discussed, evidencing difficulties and ambiguities in the relationship to be established between the OR practitioner and his/her clients, decision-makers or stakeholders. Also many ethical challenges of OR have been surveyed for understanding the interplay between social science, institutional design, and expertise.<br> Conclusions: It showed that neither analysis nor modeling work nor the choice of analytical tools was entirely ethically neutral; incomparability, incommensurability and incertitude should be dealt with. The complexity of the relationship between ethical values and the identification of collective goals helped understand why the problems of efficiency and expertise had come to the forefront of ethical analysis.
