fa تبیین اخلاق کشاورزی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه:</strong> اخلاق کشاورزی با ارزش‌ها و مسایل اخلاقی در تولید، توزیع و مصرف محصولات کشاورزی و غذایی سروکار دارد. پژوهش حاضر ضمن تشریح مسایل مطرح در اخلاق کشاورزی، به بررسی گرایش کارشناسان کشاورزی نسبت به آن پرداخته است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش:</strong> پژوهش حاضر با روش تحقیق توصیفی مبتنی بر همبستگی انجام شده است. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل 120 نفر از کارشناس کشاورزی سازمان مرکزی جهاد کشاورزی استان گلستان بودند که 53 نفر از آنان به عنوان نمونه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با پرسشنامه انجام گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> و آماره‌های میانگین، درصد، انحراف معیار، ترکیب خطی غیر وزن‌دار، ضریب همبستگی و آزمون یومن-ویتنی استفاده گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> مهمترین مسایل اخلاق کشاورزی شامل ساختار مزرعه و روش زندگی روستایی، رفتار با حیوانات، ایمنی غذایی، اثرات زیست محیطی، تجارت بین‌الملل، امنیت غذایی، زیست‌فناوری و اخلاق پژوهش در کشاورزی می‌باشند. یافته­ها نشان داد که گرایش کارشناسان به اخلاق کشاورزی در وضعیت مطلوب نمی­باشد. همچنین، این گرایش مستقل از سن، سطح تحصیلات و سابقه شغلی می­باشد. از این نظر تفاوتی بین کارشناسان کشاورزی با توجه به محل سکونت در شهر یا روستا و پرداختن به کشاورزی وجود ندارد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> یافته­های پژوهش حاضر بیانگر عقب­افتادگی دیدگاه جاری کارشناسان کشاورزی درباره اخلاق کشاورزی و رعایت آن در فعالیت­های بخش کشاورزی است. بنابراین، لازم است اخلاق کشاورزی به عنوان یک عنصر ضروری در تربیت نیروی انسانی و همچنین در سیاست­ها و برنامه­های توسعه کشاورزی گنجانده شود تا امید به سازگاری کشاورزی با ارزش­ها و فضایل انسانی افزایش یابد. </p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> Agricultural ethics deals with values and ethical issues in the production, distribution and consumption of agricultural products and foods. This study discussed the issues in agricultural ethics and examines the attitude of agricultural experts towards it.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> Descriptive-correlation research method is used. Research population is consisted of 120 agricultural experts from Golestan province Jihad-e-Keshavarzi organization which 53 persons were chosen as sample. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed with SPSS software. Statistical methods such as percentage, mean, standard deviation, non-weighted linear combination, correlation coefficient and Mann-Whitney test were used.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Farm structure, animal ethics, food safety, environmental impacts, international trade, food security, biotechnology and research ethics are the most important issues in agricultural ethics. Findings indicated that orientation of agricultural experts towards agricultural ethics is not desirable. Furthermore, the attitude towards agricultural ethics is independent of demographic properties such as age, education level and job history. Also, there was no difference between the agricultural experts regard to their residence place (urban or rural) and also having agriculture or not.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The findings indicate the total retreated of current views of agricultural experts on the agricultural ethics and meeting its requirements of the various activities related to the agricultural sector. It is therefore essential that ethical issues related to agriculture as a needed element be included in the training of human resources for the agricultural sector.
