fa ملاحظه‌های اخلاقی تعامل با سالمندان، به ویژه مبتلایان به آلزایمر تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه:</strong> سالمندی بخش مهمی از زندگی است و امروزه جوامع با افزایش بیش از پیش سالمندان مواجه­اند. با توجه به مشکلات ویژه­ای که فقط در این دوره بروز می‌کنند، توجه پزشکی، روانشناختی و اخلاقی به این گروه سنی، ضروری است. کوشش­های بسیاری برای بهبود سطح کمی و کیفی زندگی سالمندان در جامعه صورت می‌گیرد. از مهم‌ترین مواردی که در بهبود زندگی سالمندان مطرح است، رعایت برخی ملاحظه­های اخلاقی در رابطه با آنهاست. همچنین، در کنار پیر شدن، بیماری‌های خاصی، مانند: آلزایمر، نیز ممکن است بروز کنند که زندگی را برای مبتلایان دشوارتر می‌سازد و لزوم توجه به این گروه را افزایش می‌دهند. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا با بررسی منابع موجود ملاحظه‌های اخلاقی تعامل با سالمندان، به ویژه مبتلایان به آلزایمر را شناسایی کند.</p> <p><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> ملاحظه­های اخلاقی تعامل با مبتلایان به آلزایمر در 3 مرحلۀ بیماری؛ مرحلۀ ابتدایی، میانی و پایانی و در سه بخش مراقبتی، درمانی و پژوهشی قابل بررسی هستند. چون بیماری آلزایمر پیشرونده است و توانایی‌های بیمار در هر مرحلـه کاهش چشمگیری را نشان می‌دهد، از این رو، رعایت برخی ملاحظه­های اخلاقی در هر مرحله ضرورت می‌یابد.</span></p> <p><strong>Background:</strong>  Aging is a great stage of development. Today, the population of old people in developed countries is increasing. According to the especial problems that occur during aging, it is necessary to pay more attention to the quality and quantity of life of old people. The more important factor in interaction with old people is ethical considerations.  Also, there are some diseases that they are belonging to aging, like Alzheimer&#39s disease. Therefore, attending to aging and its especial disease is increasing. This study aims to recognize the ethical considerations of aging, especially old people with Alzheimer&#39s disease.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Ethical considerations of interaction and caring patients with Alzheimer&#39s disease are studied into three stages primary stage, middle stage and final stage and three parts caring, therapeutic and research.
