fa چالش‌های اخلاق اجتماعی در حوزه فنّاوری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه:</strong> هرچند فناوری‌های نو تسریع در امور را به<span dir="LTR">‌</span>همراه داشته‌است اما به صورت خواسته یا ناخواسته جامعه را با چالش‌های اخلاق اجتماعی روبرو کرده‌است. با وجود، &nbsp;اذعان سیاست‌گذاران و برنامه‌ریزان به این مسائل، هنوز برای واکاوی آن<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها اقدام منسجمی صورت نگرفته‌است‌. این مقاله درصدد کشف مسائل اخلاق اجتماعی که فناوری‌ها در ایران با آن روبرو هستند می‌باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> این مطالعه شامل سه بخش می‌باشد. در ابتدا نظریات مسائل اخلاق اجتماعی به صورت عام از طریق مطالعه اسنادی استخراج گردید‌. از میان آن‌ها مسائل اخلاق اجتماعی که در حوزه فناوری مطرح می‌باشد از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان گزینش شده و سپس مهم‌ترین مسائل اخلاق اجتماعی حوزه فناوری در ایران از طریق مشخص گردد. یافته‌های مطالعه نشان داد مهم‌ترین مسائل عبارتند از آسیبهای اخلاقی و لزوم توجه به جنبه های منفی فناوری ، عدم توجه به توانمندسازی مردم در زمینه فناوری، مشکلات نهادی سازمان‌های مرتبط با فناوری‌های جدید، کمبود سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه ریزی های مناسب برای فناوری مناسب و لزوم تغییر گفتمان غالب اجتماعی به سمت جریان‌سازی‌های اجتماعی.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> Although new technologies have been well expedite matters, but whether or not the community has faced the challenges of social morality. Despite acknowledgment by policymakers and planners to these issues, there has not been a concerted effort to explore them yet. This paper seeks to explore the issues of social ethics that technologies are facing.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong><strong><span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> This study consists of three sections. The theories of social ethics issues in general, which were extracted through the study of documents. Among them social ethics issues of technology were chosen by interview with technologists and academics who are involved in the technology and sociology.
