other برنامه‌ریزی درسی و تدوین سرفصل‌های آموزشی اخلاق پژوهش Curriculum Planning and Compilation of Educational Topics on Research Ethics تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: اخلاق پژوهش زیرمجموعه‌ای از اخلاق کاربردی است که به بررسی و تحلیل مسائل و چالش‌های اخلاقی مطرح در انجام فعالیت‌های پژوهشی می‌پردازد. هدف این مقاله طراحی برنامه درسی و سرفصل‌های آموزشی اخلاق در پژوهش است. روش: این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش دلفی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 15 نفر از متخصصان اخلاق در پژوهش است. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه‌ای با 31 گویه است که در مقیاس 5 گزینه‌ای لیکرت تهیه شده است. در مرحله اول 13 نفر به این پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند. پس از پاسخ اولیه مشارکت‌کنندگان، در مرحله دوم، گزارش جمع‌بندی برای آنان مجددا ارسال شد و امکان تجدیدنظر در طراحی پرسش‌ها و ارائه پاسخ‌های ایشان با آگاهی از میانگین پاسخ‌های دیگر متخصصان مشارکت‌کننده فراهم شد. در این مرحله 12 نفر از متخصصان پاسخ دادند و هیچ ‌یک تغییری در پاسخ‌های اولیه خود ندادند. یافته‌ها: از نظر متخصصان اخلاق در پژوهش، از میان 31 موضوع در این برنامه درسی، «مسئولیت اجتماعی محققان نسبت به جامعه» دارای بیشترین اهمیت و «کارآمدی محققان در استفاده از منابع و امکانات علمی» دارای کمترین اهمیت است. هم‌چنین، در میان 5 سرفصل پیشنهادی در این برنامه درسی، «آشنایی با اصول اخلاقی مرتبط با آزمودنی‌های انسانی در فعالیت‌های پژوهشی» از بیشترین اهمیت و «آموزش هر یک از ابعاد چهارگانه مؤثر بر اخلاق در پژوهش (نظریه‌ها و اصول اخلاقی؛ هنجارها و رهنمودهای تخصصی و حرفه‌ای؛ آشنایی و تعامل با هیئت‌های اخلاق پژوهش؛ و ملزومات حقوقی پژوهش)» از کمترین اهمیت برخوردار است. نتیجه‌گیری: مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های برنامه درسی پیشنهادی عبارتند از: 1) تعداد واحد درسی، 2) هدف دوره آموزشی، 3) سرفصل‌های درسی، و 4) منابع درسی. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Research ethics is a subset of applied ethics that examines and analyzes ethical issues and challenges raised in conducting research activities. The purpose of this article is to design the curriculum and educational topics of ethics in research.                Method: This research was conducted in terms of practical purpose and in the framework of qualitative approach and using Delphi method. The statistical population of the research includes 15 ethics experts in the research. The research tool is a questionnaire with 31 items prepared on a 5-point Likert scale. In the first stage, 13 people answered this questionnaire. After the initial response of the participants, in the second stage, the summary report was sent to them again, and the possibility of reconsidering the design of questions and presenting their answers was provided knowing the average answers of other participating experts. At this stage, 12 experts answered and none of them changed their initial answers. Results: According to research ethics experts, among the 31 subjects in this curriculum, "researchers' social responsibility towards society" is the most important and "researchers' efficiency in using scientific resources and facilities" is the least important. Also, among the 5 topics proposed in this curriculum, "familiarity with the ethical principles related to human subjects in research activities" is the most important and "teaching each of the four dimensions effective on ethics in research (ethical theories and principles; norms and guidelines specialized and professional; familiarity and interaction with research ethics boards; and legal requirements of research)" is the least important.
