The main goal for children should be to educate, nurture and rehabilitate appropriate behavior so that they can be taught moral values and responsibilities. The punishments applied to children should be fair, measured and deal with children&#39;s rights. At the same time, cases where crimes are committed against the law and children are also responsible may require corrective measures.
