other بسط نظریه وظیفه گرایی کانت در تحلیل تعارضات وظایف در گزاره های اخلاقی (مورد مطالعه اتانازی) Development of Kant's Theory of Conscientiousness in Analyzing the Conflicts of Duties in Moral Propositions (Case Study of Euthanasia) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: کانت در نظریه ی اخلاق خود بر نوعی از وظیفه گرایی تأکید دارد که مطلق گرایی جزو خصیصه های اصلی آن است. در این میان بر اساس تجربه اخلاقی روزمره ، انسان با بسیاری از وضعیت های اخلاقی مواجه می شود که در آن وظایف اخلاقی با یکدیگر تعارض می یابند. وظایفی که به نظر کانت ارزش الزام آنها یکسان است و تمام انسانها باید در موقعیت های اخلاقی به آن ملزم باشند. به همین دلیل، توجه به نظریه اخلاقی کانت در وجوهی که وظایف اخلاقی با یکدیگر تعارض می یابند دارای اهمیت بسیار است. مهمترین مسئله این تحقیق تحلیل تعارضات وظایف در گزاره های اخلاقی بر اساس بسط نظریه وظیفه گروی کانت است. لذا محققان در مقاله پیش رو بر آن شدند تا به بسط نظریه وظیفه گرایی کانت در تحلیل تعارضات وظایف در گزاره های اخلاقی به طور خاص اتانازی بپردازند. روش انجام این تحقیق تحلیل منطقی آثار کانت و بدست دادن الگویی برای حل تعارض در گزاره های اخلاقی جدید نظیر اتانازی است. نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه نشان می دهند که کانت درباره الزامی که وظایف اخلاقی دارند و مبنای الزام تفکیکی قائل است که بر اساس آن وظایف در عمل در مبانی الزام آوری شان به رویکرد الزام بواسطۀ حق دیگران نیز وابسته هستند. بر اساس این نگرش وظایفی در مورد اتانازی و تزاحم وظایف در این مورد دارای الزام می شوند که مبانی الزام آنها شدیدتر باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: In his theory of ethics, Kant emphasizes a kind of conscientiousness, of which absolutism is one of its main features. In the meantime, based on everyday moral experience, man is faced with many moral situations in which moral duties are in conflict with each other. Tasks that, in Kant's view, have the same value of obligation and that all human beings should be obliged to do in moral situations. For this reason, it is very important to pay attention to Kant's moral theory in the aspects in which moral duties are in conflict with each other. The most important issue of this research is the analysis of the conflicts of duties in moral propositions based on the development of Kant's theory of conscientiousness. Therefore, in the present article, the researchers sought to develop Kant's theory of conscientiousness in analyzing the conflicts of duties in moral propositions, specifically euthanasia. The method of this research is logical analysis of Kant's works and obtaining a model for resolving conflict in new moral propositions such as euthanasia. Conclusion: The results of the study show that Kant considers the obligation to have moral duties and the basis of the distinction of obligation, according to which duties in practice in their binding principles are also dependent on the approach of obligation by the rights of others.
