other الگوی اخلاق‌مداری حرفه‌ای در مدارس سمپاد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">توجه به امر اخلاق در حوزه آموزش تضمین‌کننده سلامت فرآیند یاددهی - یادگیری است. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و تدوین الگوی اخلاق مداری حرفه ای در مدارس سمپاد شکل گرفت .</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">روش</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">: تحقیق حاضر در زمره پژوهش های کیفی بوده و با روش گرندد تئوری انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مدیران و معلمان مدارس سمپاد استان آذربایجان غربی بود که حداقل ۵ سال سابقه خدمت داشته که 10 نفر از آنها &nbsp;به روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب‌ شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بود. در نهایت داده ها با روش کدگذاری سه گانه در نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;">Maxqda</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یافته ها:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، 152 کدباز اولیه، 89 کد انتخابی و 79 کد مستخرج نهایی در قالب 17 مفهوم و 6 مقوله اصلی دسته‌بندی‌شد. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتیجه گیری</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">: در پژوهش حاضر مشخص شد اخلاق مداری حرفه ای تحت تاثیر یکسری شرایط علی همچون عدم تبعیض، دانش فنی معلمان، رضایت از پست سازمانی، نحوه عملکرد و آموزش مدیران، ارتباطات بین سازمانی، عدم موازی کاری، مشارکت در تصمیم سازی و شایسته سالاری و تحت تاثیر بستر هایی چون سلامت محیطی، برنامه‌ریزی شفاف، مبارزه با فسادو درگیر کردن بخش‌های بازرسی شکل می گیرد. توجه به اخلاق مداری در مدارس بی شک منجر به بهبود کیفیت زندگی کاری و عملکرد شغلی، کاهش رفتار مخرب و فساد اداری، شفافیت سازمانی خواهد شد</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">.</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>Paying attention to ethics in the field of education ensures the health of the teaching-learning process. Therefore, the present study was formed with the aim of designing and compiling a model of professional ethics in Sampad schools<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Method:</strong> The present study is a qualitative research and was conducted by grounded theory method. The statistical population included all principals and teachers of Sampad schools in West Azerbaijan province who had at least 5 years of service, 10 of whom were selected by snowball sampling. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. Finally, the data were analyzed by triple coding method in MAXQDA software<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> Based on the research findings, 152 initial open source codes, 89 selected codes and 79 final extracted codes were classified into 17 concepts and 6 main categories<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> In the present study, it was found that professional ethics under the influence of a number of causal conditions such as non-discrimination, teachers&#39; technical knowledge, satisfaction with organizational position, performance and training of managers, inter-organizational communication, non-parallel work, participation in decision making and merit It is formed under the influence of platforms such as environmental health, transparent planning, anti-corruption and involvement of inspection departments.
