other نقش کنوانسیون حقوق مالکیت فکری و فساد اخلاقی بر رشد اقتصادی ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یکی از مهم‌ترین اهداف اقتصادی کشورها، ایجاد شرایط لازم جهت ارتقاء </span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">رشد</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> اقتصادی مستمر و باثبات است. رفع بنیادی فساد، ترغیب رشد اقتصادی و حقوق مالکیت در راستای انگیزه‌های عملی رشد اقتصادی جز با پیوند روزافزون اخلاق اقتصادی میسر نخواهد شد.</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> هدف پژوهش حاضر نقش رابطه بین فساداخلاقی، حقوق مالکیت و شاخص های اقتصادی بر رشد اقتصادی است.</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">روش</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">: روش پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از نوع همبستگی است. شاخص های کلان درجه باز بودن، فساد و ریسک سیاسی، شاخص حقوق مالکیت فکری، شاخص فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، رشد اقتصادی، شاخص توسعه انسانی و شاخص هزینه های دولت کشور ایران به عنوان جامعه آماری انتخاب شده است که سال&shy;های 2018-2008 به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شد. ابزار اندازه&shy;گیری داده&shy;های بانک جهانی، موسسه فریزر و هریتچ و موسسه بین المللی شفافیت بود. جهت آزمون نیز از روش آماری </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">ARDL</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> استفاده شده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یافته&shy; ها</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">: برازش مدل تحقیق که در برگیرنده یک فرضیه اصلی بود مورد تایید قرار گرفت. اخلاق، شاخص های اقتصادی و حقوق مالکیت رابطه معناداری با رشد اقتصادی دارند و در طی زمان </span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">اثر شوک&shy;های وارده تعدیل می&shy;شود.</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه &shy;گیری</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: طبق تخمین مشخص شد تمامی متغیرها در سطح&nbsp; یا با یک تفاضل پایدار می&shy;باشند و رشد اقتصادی با تمام شاخص های اقتصادی رابطه مثبت و معنادار و با فساد اخلاقی رابطه منفی و معناداری دارد، ضمن اینکه رابطه بلند مدت نیز مورد تایید قرار گرفت </span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>One of the most important economic goals of countries is to create the conditions necessary to promote sustainable economic growth. The fundamental elimination of corruption, the encouragement of economic growth and property rights in line with the practical motivations of economic growth, will not be possible except with the increasing linkage of economic morality. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between property rights and economic indicators on economic growth.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: The research method is applied and correlational. Major indicators of degree of openness, corruption and political risk, index of intellectual property rights, ICT indicator, economic growth, human development index and government expenditure index of Iran have been selected as the statistical population that in the years 2018-2008 As an example, the research was selected. World Bank Data Measurement Tool, Fraser & Heritage Institute and International Transparency Institute. For testing, the ARDL method was used.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The fitting of the research model, which included a major hypothesis, was confirmed. Ethics, economic indicators and property rights have a meaningful relationship with economic growth and during the time the effects of shocks are adjusted.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: According to the estimate, it was found that all variables are stable or with a stable difference.
