other شبکه کاوی مطالبات نهادی اخلاقی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی Network Mining of Ethical, Cultural & Social Institutional Demands تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: در جهان امروز ارتقاء و نهادینگی اخلاق، فرهنگ و مسئولیت اجتماعی در راستای کسب مشروعیت سازمان، بیش ‌از پیش ضروری است، هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی نهادها، اولویت‌بندی مطالبات نهادی و ترسیم شبکه نهادی مجتمع مس سرچشمه جهت کسب مشروعیت و رضایت اجتماعی است. روش: پژوهش حاضر  کاربردی  و توسعه ای بود. جامعه آماری مجموعه اعضای مجتمع مس سرچشمه در سال  1397 بودند، نمونه آماری برابر 115 نفر از خبرگان بودند ، روش نمونه گیری هدفمند بود ، ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه بود  و روش آماری  تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی است. یافته‌ها: مطالبات اخلاقی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی در سه گروه و 11 خرده مطالبه دسته‌بندی شدند، پشتیبانی از برنامه‌های فرهنگی، یادواره‌ها، سمینارها، جشنواره‌ها، برگزاری مراسم، تأمین مسکن، کمک به گروه‌ها و افراد نیازمند، ارائه خدمات سرویس‌دهی، تعمیر و نگهداری ساختمان‌ها و تأسیسات از مطالبات اولویت‌دار می‌باشند. نهادهای اصلی در مطالبات اخلاقی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی نهادهای فرهنگی هنری، هیئت‌های مذهبی وموسسات قرآنی، دانشگاه‌ها، مؤسسات آموزشی، ستاد اقتصاد مقاومتی و کارآفرینان، می‌باشند. نتیجه‌گیری: بر مبنای یافته های تحقیق  ، در راستای نهادینه کردن مسئولیت های  اخلاقی ،فرهنگی و اجتماعی ، تعامل بیشتر و مؤثرتر، با نهادهای فوق‌الذکر، ضروری است. امور روابط عمومی و خدمات اجتماعی ، نظارت  برپیمانکاران  و آموزش و تجهیز منابع انسانی می‌توانند نقش مهمی در انجام مطالبات نهادی  ایفا، کنند، در این راستا استفاده از فرآیندهای تنظیمی، هنجاری و فرهنگی  گام‌هایی مؤثر در جهت مشروعیت و بقای سازمان می‌باشند</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: In today's world, the promotion and institutionalization of ethics, culture and social responsibility for the legitimacy of the organization is more necessary. The purpose of the present study is to mining of ethical, cultural and social institutional demands of Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex to gain legitimacy and social satisfaction. Method: The present study was applied and developmental. The statistical population was the members of Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex in 2018, the statistical sample was equal to 115 experts, the sampling method was purposeful, the data collection tool was interview and the statistical method is social network analysis. Results: The ethical, cultural, and social demands were categorized into three groups and 11 sub-categories. The top priority institutions demands were supported for cultural programmes, seminars, festivals, ceremonies, housing, assisting groups and people in need, servicing services, building maintenance and installations.The main institutions were artistic, religious and quranic institutions, universities, educational institutes, resistance economics headquarters and entrepreneurs. Conclusion: Based on the findings of the study, In order to institutionalize ethics, culture   and social responsibility, more and more effective interaction with the aforementioned institutions is necessary.
