other شناسایی مولفه های انتظارات اخلاقی دانشجویان از آموزش عالی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">شناسایی انتظارات &nbsp;اخلاقی دانشجویان از آموزش عالی به مدیران کمک می‌کند تا با تأمین انتظارات، انگیزه تحصیلی دانشجویان را فراهم کرده و به پیشرفت تحصیلی و علمی آن ها و در نهایت توسعه جامعه کمک نمایند. هدف پژوهش شناسایی انتظارات اخلاقی دانشجویان</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">ایرانی از آموزش عالی است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">روش:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">مطالعه حاضر پژوهشی کیفی است که با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیان انجام پذیرفته است.</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">جامعه مورد مطالعه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی می&shy;باشد. در انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه برداری هدفمند و غیرتصادفی استفاده شده که نمونه با 20 مصاحبه اشباع شده است.</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">برای جمع آوری داده ها از مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شده و تحلیل داده ها از طریق نظریه داده بنیان به وسیله ی روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی صورت پذیرفته است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یافته ها: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">پس از تحلیل داده ها با استخراج جملات کلیدی مصاحبه ها، 128 مولفه اولیه شناسایی و در 11 بعد بهبود کیفیت زندگی، رعایت شأن و حال دانشجویان، جایگاه خاص دانشجویان، توجه به تفاوت سطح علمی دانشجویان، حمایت های علمی از دانشجویان، ارجحیت خدمات به دانشجویان نخبه، شخصیت مطلوب و عملکرد مناسب اساتید، همدلی و همکاری بین دانشجویان و دانشگاه، تعهد سازمانی، مدیریت کارآمد</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">و 3 درون مایه ی تمرکز بر رشد و خود کارآمدی، تاکید بر اهمیت جایگاه و نقش دانشجو، تمرکز بر خدمات علمی و آموزشی طبقه بندی گردیده است.</span><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتیجه گیری: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که دانشجویان انتظارات اخلاقی متنوعی از آموزش عالی دارند که برای برآورده سازی آن ها نیاز به برنامه ریزی های دقیقی است<strong>.</strong></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>Identifying students&rsquo; ethical expectations of higher education will help higher education administrators to meet students&rsquo; expectations and nurture their interest and academic motivation, which helps them to advance their academic and scientific career and ultimately leads to community development. The goal of the present research is to identify the ethical expectations of Iranian students of higher education.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: This study is a qualitative research that was conducted using grounded theory approach. The population under study included postgraduate students, and sample was saturated after 20 interviews. For sample selection, non-randomized purposive sampling method was used. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews.
