other آداب اخلاقی تحصیل: نقش واسطه‌ای درگیری تحصیلی در رابطه بین انگیزش تحصیلی و آداب‌گریزی تحصیلی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">با توجه به نتایج پژوهش‌ها، بی‌آدابی اخلاقی در محیط‌های آموزشی رو به گسترش است. از جمله این بی‌آدابی‌ها می‌توان از آداب‌گریزی&nbsp; تحصیلی نام برد. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای درگیری تحصیلی در رابطه بین انگیزش تحصیلی و آداب‌گریزی تحصیلی انجام شده است. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">روش:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> مطالعۀ حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی است، که از جامعۀ دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه شیراز، 421 دانشجو با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش، شامل زمینه&shy;یابی تجدیدنظر شده آداب‌گریزی در آموزش پرستاری، مقیاس انگیزش تحصیلی و پرسشنامه درگیری تحصیلی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با روش آماری مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار</span><span dir="LTR">AMOS</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">&nbsp;انجام شد. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یافته&shy; ها:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> نتایج نشان داد، مدل این پژوهش از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است. با توجه به یافته‌ها، درگیری تحصیلی نقش واسطه‌ای در رابطه انگیزش تحصیلی با آداب‌گریزی&nbsp; تحصیلی داشت. به این معنا که با افزایش انگیزش درونی، درگیری تحصیلی نیز افزایش یافته و از این طریق، آداب‌گریزی&nbsp; تحصیلی کاهش یافته است. همچنین، انگیزش بیرونی و بی‌انگیزشی از طریق کاهش درگیری تحصیلی، منجر به افزایش آداب‌گریزی تحصیلی شده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتیجه&shy;گیری:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> پژوهش حاضر با ارائه الگویی از آداب‌گریزی&nbsp; تحصیلی نشانگر نقش انگیزش و درگیری تحصیلی در آداب اخلاقی تحصیل است.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>With regard to research evidence, moral incivility has expanded in the educational environment one of these incivilities can be called academic incivility. The aim of present research was to investigation the mediating role of academic engagement in the relationship between academic motivation and academic incivility.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The present study is descriptive-correlational, that from the undergraduate community of Shiraz University, 421 students were selected using multi-stage random cluster sampling. The research instruments were Incivility Revision Survey in nursing education, Academic Motivation Scale and Academic Engagement Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling using AMOS software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that the model of this research has a suitable fitness. According to finding, the academic engagement had a mediating role in the relationship between academic motivation and academic incivility. In this sense, with increasing intrinsic motivation, academic engagement has increased and through this way, academic incivility has decreased.
