other طراحی همه‌شمول و معماری اخلاق مدار تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">به دنبال گسترش نارضایتی‌ها از معماری مدرن، نگرش ماشینی به انسان و نادیده گرفتن ارزش‌های انسانی و کرامت وجودی بشر، جنبش جهانی حمایت از استقلال و مشارکت، در واکنش به واقعیت‌های جمعیت شناختی و اجتماعی، شکل گرفت. این جنبش که در سال 1988 با عنوان طراحی همه‌شمول به رسمیت شناخته شد، سبب گردید تا افراد بیشتری با هر سطح توانایی آزادانه و مستقل ادامه حیات دهند. این مقاله درصدد واکاوی ابعاد اخلاقی طراحی همه‌شمول و تقویت آن‌ها در فضاهای عمومی است تا با ارتقای سطح تعاملات اجتماعی، شرایط بهره‌مندی عادلانه انسان‌ها از امکانات محیطی را فراهم آورد. در این راستا با آسیب‌شناسی علل ضعف تعاملات اجتماعی در فضاهای عمومی شهر تهران و ناکارآمدی قوانین موجود در این زمینه، نسبت به تدوین راهکارهای طراحی اخلاق مدار مبتنی بر معیارهای طراحی همه‌شمول اقدام شده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که موانع پیش روی گروه‌های هدف در حضور بی‌واسطه و آزادانه آنان در محیط ، برخاسته از عدم رعایت اخلاق حرفه‌ای در سه مرحله طراحی، بازسازی و دوران بهره‌برداری است و کاهش تعاملات اجتماعی و عدم تمایل افراد دارای معلولیت به مشارکت فعال در جامعه از یک‌سو ریشه در مسائل فرهنگی جامعه و عدم رعایت اخلاق در طراحی محیط‌های عمومی داشته و از سوی دیگر مربوط به فقدان نگرش یکپارچه اخلاق مدار در تصمیم سازی مسئولان شهری است.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>Following the spread of dissatisfaction with modern architecture, the machine attitude towards man, and the disregard for human values ​​and human existential dignity, the global movement in support of independence and participation was formed in response to demographic and social realities. Recognized in 1988 as universal design, the movement allowed more people of all levels of ability to live freely and independently. This article seeks to investigate the ethical dimensions of universal design and strengthen them in public spaces to improve the level of social interaction, to provide conditions for the fair use of environmental facilities by humans. In this regard, with the pathology of the causes of poor social interactions in public spaces of Tehran and the inefficiency of existing laws in this field, ethical design strategies based on universal design criteria have been developed.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Findings show that the obstacles facing the target groups in their direct and free presence in the environment, arise from the lack of professional ethics in the three stages of design, reconstruction and operation period and reduce social interactions and unwillingness of people with disabilities to participate actively in society.
