other تحلیل رابطه ترویج اخلاق زیست محیطی با ابعاد رفتار شهروندی سبز و عملکرد زیست محیطی در شرکت های تولیدی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">توجه به اخلاق زیست محیطی را می توان بیانگر اهمیت بعد نرم افزاری حفاظت در کنار بعد سخت افزاری و فنی است. بسیاری بر این باورند که یکی از مهم ترین راه حل های بحران های زیست محیطی ترویج اخلاق زیست محیطی است. از این روی این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تحلیل رابطه ترویج اخلاق زیست محیطی با ابعاد رفتار شهروندی سبز و پیامد عملکرد زیست محیطی سازمانی صورت گرفته است. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">روش</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">: پژوهش حاضر در زمره پژوهش های توصیفی </span>&ndash;<span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> همبستگی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق مدیران و کارشناسان بخش منابع انسانی شرکت های تولیدی سه بخش مواد غذایی، بهداشتی و دارویی در استان تهران می باشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس تعداد 400 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در این تحقیق پرسشنامه برای جمع آوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها با روش مدل&shy;سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزارهای </span><em><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span></em><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">، </span><em><span dir="LTR">Lisrel</span></em><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> و </span><em><span dir="LTR">PLS</span></em><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> صورت گرفته است. </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یافته&shy;ها</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داده است که ترویج اخلاق زیست محیطی با ابعاد رفتار شهروندی سبز رابطه معنادار دارد. ابعاد رفتار شهروندی سبز نیز با عملکرد زیست محیطی رابطه معنادار دارد. تحلیل مسیر غیرمستقیم گویای اثر میانجی رفتار شهروندی سبز در رابطه ترویج اخلاق زیست محیطی و عملکرد زیست محیطی می باشد. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتیجه&shy;گیری</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">: ترویج اخلاق زیست محیطی در سازمان ها منجر به بروز بیشتر رفتارهای شهروندی سبز کارکنان می گردد که نهایتأ بهبود عملکرد زیست محیطی سازمانها را در پی دارد.</span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Attention to environmental ethics can indicate the importance of the software dimension of protection along with the hardware and technical dimension. Many believe that one of the most important solutions to environmental crises is to promote environmental ethics. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the relationship between the promotion of environmental ethics and the dimensions of green citizenship behavior and the consequences of organizational environmental performance<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Method:</strong> The present study is a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population of the study is the managers and experts of the human resources department of the manufacturing companies of the three departments of food, health and medicine in Tehran province. Using the available sampling method, 400 people were selected as the sample. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect information. Data analysis was performed by structural equation modeling and SPSS, Lisrel and PLS software<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of this study have shown that the promotion of environmental ethics has a significant relationship with the dimensions of green citizenship behavior. Dimensions of green citizenship behavior also have a significant relationship with environmental performance.
