other اخلاق آموزشی اعضای هیات علمی و رابطه آن با رضایت از تحصیل دانشجویان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یکی از عوامل اساسی که در راستای ایجاد رضایت از تحصیل در دانشجویان نقش موثری را ایفا می کند، رعایت استاندارد های اخلاق آموزشی توسط اعضای هیات علمی می باشد. با درک این مهم، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت اخلاق آموزشی اعضای هیات علمی و ارتباط آن با رضایت از تحصیل دانشجویان انجام شده است.</span><br> &nbsp;<strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">روش: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان امام خمینی (ره) گرگان می باشد، 294 نفر از دانشجویان با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای جهت مطالعه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد اخلاق آموزشی و رضایت از تحصیل استفاده شد. داده های تحقیق پس از جمع آوری با استفاده از تی تک نمونه ای، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه در نرم افزار آماری </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">SPSS22</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> تحلیل شدند. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">&nbsp;یافته&shy; ها: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتایج بررسی نشان داد که وضعیت رعایت استانداردهای اخلاق آموزشی توسط اعضای هیات علمی در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارد. همچنین مشخص شد که بین اخلاق آموزشی اعضای هیات علمی و رضایت از تحصیل دانشجویان رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتیجه گیری:&nbsp; </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">در نتیجه، رعایت استانداردهای اخلاق آموزشی توسط اعضای هیات علمی می تواند در افزایش رضایت از تحصیل در دانشجویان نقش بسزایی داشته باشد.</span></div> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>One of the main factors that play an effective role in creating student satisfaction in education is the observance of educational ethics standards by faculty members. Understanding this important, the present study was conducted to investigate the status of educational ethics of faculty members and its relationship with student education satisfaction.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population includes all students of Farhangian Imam Khomeini University in Gorgan. 294 students were selected using stratified random sampling. Two standard questionnaires of educational ethics and satisfaction with education were used to collect research data. Research data were collected using one-sample t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis in SPSS22 statistical software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of the study showed that the status of observance of educational ethics standards by faculty members is in a good condition.
