other طراحی و تبیین مولفه های اخلاق حرفه ای تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یکی از ارکان اساسی که در بهبود روندها و برنامه های نظام آموزش و پرورش نقش پر اهمیتی را می تواند ایفا کند، جاری بودن ابعاد اخلاق حرفه ای در میان اعضای این سازمان ها می باشد، با درک این مهم پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و تبیین مولفه های اخلاق حرفه ای انجام شده است. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">روش: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">روش تحقیق توصیفی و طرح پژوهشی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دبیران آموزش و پرورش&nbsp; استان آذربایجان غربی می باشد، 356 نفر از دبیران با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. داده های تحقیق پس از جمع آوری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> از طریق </span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family:B Mitra;">تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و فریدمن تحلیل شدند. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یافته ها: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتایج بررسی نشان داد که مولفه های رعایت حرمت همکاران، شایستگی تخصصی، شایستگی پداگوژیکی، رشد و توسعه دانش آموزان، حفظ اسرار دانش آموزان،&nbsp; ارزیابی بی طرفه(تعامل حرفه ای) با دانش آموزان، انجام ارزشیابی صحیح از دانش آموزان، احترام گذاشتن به مسئولان و سازمان، نحوه برخورد با موضوعات حساس و&nbsp; ارتقای شخصیت علمی و رشد تهذیب نفس در خویش مورد تایید در راستای تبیین اخلاق حرفه ای هستند.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتیجه گیری: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">در نتیجه برای توسعه اخلاق حرفه ای در میان دبیران می توان به مولفه های اخلاق حرفه ای که در این پژوهش مورد تایید قرار گرفته است توجه کرد.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>One of the key elements that can play an important role in improving education system trends and programs. The current dimensions of professional ethics&nbsp;among the members of these organizations, with understanding this important the purpose of this study was to design and explain the components of professional ethics.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The research method is descriptive and research is a survey. The statistical population included all the teachers of education in West Azarbaijan province, 356 teachers were selected by stratified random sampling, proportional to the size of each class. For data collection a researcher-made questionnaire was used.
