fa نقش پژوهش گری، خلاقیت، اخلاق حرفه ای، توسعه حرفه ای و استفاده از فناوری در تدریس مؤثر معلمان The Role of Researching, Creativity, Professional Ethics, Professional Development and Use of Technology in the Effective Teaching of Teachers تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: تدریس اثربخش، مجموعه رفتارهای معلم است که باعث دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی و یادگیری بهتر فراگیر میشود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش پژوهشگری، خلاقیت،  اخلاق حرفهای، توسعه حرفهای و استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در تدریس مؤثر معلمان انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود و دادهها به روش پیمایشی جمع آوری شدند. تمامی معلمان استان قزوین در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را تشکیل دادند. نمونه مورد نظر شامل 618 شرکت کننده بودند که به روش نمونه گیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته صلاحیتهای حرفهای معلمان که دارای 41 گویه، است، استفاده شد. دادهها  با استفاد از روش لاوشه برای بررسی روایی،  آلفای کرونباخ برای بررسی پایایی و روش تحلیل مسیر برای برازش الگوی پژوهش،  با کمک نرم افزارهای 25- SPSS  وLISREL  بررسی شدند. یافتهها: شاخص نسبت روایی محتوایی به روش لاوشه  56/0 و آلفای کرونباخ  برای کل مقیاس 97/0 بدست آمد که حاکی از روایی  و پایایی مناسب مقیاس بود. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که اثرات مستقیم اخلاق حرفهای، خلاقیت، پژوهشگری و استفاده از فناوری بر تدریس مؤثر معنادار است، اما اثر مستقیم توسعه حرفهای بر تدریس مؤثر، معنادار نیست. اثرات غیر مستقیم و کل اخلاق حرفهای، خلاقیت، پژوهشگری و استفاده از فناوری بر تدریس مؤثر  معنادار است. نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر حاکی از اهمیت نقش پژوهشگری، خلاقیت، اخلاق حرفهای، استفاده از فناوری در تدیس مؤثر معلمان است. بر این اساس اجرای برنامههای توانمند سازی معلمان در متغیرهای مذکور علی الخصوص خلاقیت و اخلاق حرفهای میتواند راهگشای کیفیت فعالیت های معلمان باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Effective teaching is a set of teacher behaviors that achieves learning goals and learns more comprehensively. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of research, creativity, professional ethics, professional development and the use of information and communication technology in the effective teaching of teachers. Method: The research method was descriptive-correlational and data were collected by survey method. All the teachers of Qazvin province in the academic year of 2017-2018 were the statistical population of the present study. The sample consisted of 618 participants who were selected by cluster sampling method. To collect the data, a researcher-made scale of professional competencies of teachers with 41 items was used. The data were analyzed by SPSS-25 and LISREL software using Lawshe method for validity and Cronbach's alpha for reliability and path analysis method for fitting the research model. Results: The content validity ratio (CVR), was 0.56 and Cronbach's coefficient alpha was 0.97, which showed an appropriate scale and reliability. The results of path analysis showed that the direct effects of professional ethics, creativity, research, and the use of technology on effective teaching is significant, but the direct effect of professional development on effective teaching is not significant. Indirect effects and the whole ethics of professionalism, creativity, research, and the use of technology on effective teaching is significant. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate the importance of research, creativity, professional and professional ethics, and the use of technology in the effective teaching of teachers.
