fa طراحی مدل ساختاری تفسیری عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه اخلاق حرفه ای در مربیان زن تیم های ملی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">رعایت اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای برای مربیان تیم ملی زنان با توجه به حساسیت‌ها و توجه اذهان عمومی به آن‌ها مسئله مهمی است؛ بنابراین، هدف پژوهش طراحی مدل ساختاری تفسیری عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه اخلاق حرفه‌ای در بین مربیان زن تیم&shy;های ملی است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">روش: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">این پژوهش ازنظر نتیجه؛ توسعه‌ای، ازلحاظ هدف؛ کاربردی و به لحاظ شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها، میدانی است که به روش ترکیبی کیفی-کمی انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی از بین پژوهش&shy;های مرتبط با اخلاق حرفه&shy;ای ورزشی، مربیان و زنان، 38 مقاله در دسترس و مرتبط به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب و با روش فراترکیب تحلیل و عوامل مرتبط با مسئله پژوهش تعریف و شناسایی شد. عواملی که مقدار شاخص روایی محتوا برای آن‌ها بالای 7/0 بود در ادامه پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. در بخش کمی؛ مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری و فرایند تحلیل شبکه&shy;ای استفاده شده است. از بین افراد و صاحب&shy;نظران در حوزه اخلاق حرفه&shy;ای و مربیان، 13 نفر خبره با روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. با استفاده از پرسشنامه مقایسات زوجی داده‌های موردنیاز جمع‌آوری و پرسشنامه&shy;هایی که نرخ ناسازگاری آن‌ها از 1/0 کمتر بود در محاسبات لحاظ شدند. محاسبات در نرم‌افزار اکسل و سوپردیسیژن انجام شد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">یافته&shy; ها: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">مهم‌ترین معیار توسعه اخلاق حرفه‌ای در مربیان زن تیم ملی عوامل دسته&shy;بندی&shy;شده در معیار شخصی است و در بین کل عوامل شناسایی‌شده، &laquo;داشتن شناختی کامل از خود&raquo; مهم‌ترین عامل است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">نتیجه&shy; گیری: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">یافته‌های پژوهش بی شک می تواند به عنوان مبنایی برای سیاست‌گذاری در زمینه انتخاب، نظارت و ارزیابی عملکرد مربیان زن تیم ملی قرار گیرد.</span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>Regarding the sensitivities and attention of public opinion, observing professional ethics for female national team coaches is an important issue. Therefore, the aim of this study was designing interpretive structural model of factors effect on professional ethics in females&#39; national team coaches.<br> <strong>Method: </strong>This research as a developmental, applied and survey research is organized by qualitative-quantitative combination method. In the qualitative section, among research related to the professional ethics of athletics, coaches and women, 38 available and relevant articles were selected as sample and the factors related to the research problem were identified with Meta<span dir="RTL">-</span>synthesis method. Factors that had a content validity index of over 0.7 were used in the study. In the quantitative section, interpretative structural modeling and network analysis process were used. Among experts in professional ethics and coaches, 13 people were selected by snowball sampling method. Data were gathered using a paired comparison questionnaire. Questionnaires with an inconsistency rate of less than 0.1 were considered in the calculations.
