fa شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای در پژوهش تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">نقش پژوهش علمی و اجرای شایسته آن در استیلای همه‌جانبه جایگاه جامعه بدیهی است و ارتقاء سطح کیفی پژوهش‌ها و به‌تبع آن بهبود زندگی و رفاه افراد جامعه در سایه ارزش‌های اخلاقی امکان‌پذیر است. اعتلای علم با رعایت تمام اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای پژوهش میسر خواهد بود. در این راستا شایسته است، به </span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">شناسایی</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های اخلاق پژوهش </span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">و میزان اهمیت آن</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> پرداخته شود.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">روش: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف کاربری و ازنظر جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، توصیفی-پیمایشی می‌باشد. </span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">جامعه </span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">آماری شامل اعضای هیأت علمی</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> سازمان پژوهش‌های علمی و صنعتی ایران</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> که 17 نفر از خبرگان به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب گردیدند. برای شناسایی شاخص‌ها از روش کتابخانه‌ای و برای تثبیت و اولویت‌بندی، از پرسشنامه استفاده گردید. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش دلفی فازی به‌منظور غربالگری و تثبیت شاخص‌ها و روش بهترین-بدترین برای تعیین اهمیت نسبی شاخص‌ها استفاده‌شده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">پس از تجزیه‌وتحلیل، درمجموع 18 شاخص طی سه مرحله انجام روش دلفی فازی تأیید و انتخاب شدند. شاخص همگرایی کمتر از 0.2 نشان از تأیید کامل اعتبار نتایج دارد. با توجه به حل مدل برنامه‌ریزی خطی روش بهترین</span>&ndash;<span style="font-family:b mitra;">بدترین، اهمیت نسبی شاخص‌ها مشخص گردید و نرخ سازگاری در سطح قابل قبولی بود که نشان از اعتبار این بخش از نتایج دارد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که در‌نظر گرفتن رفاه جامعه، رعایت عدالت و حفظ وحدت در سطح کلان و رعایت حقوق مالکیت فکری به ترتیب به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین شاخص&shy;های ارزیابی اخلاق حرفه‌ای در پژوهش می‌باشند. </span><br> &nbsp;</div> <span style="font-family:b mitra;">&nbsp;</span> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>The role of the valid research and its proper implementation in the overall ascendency state of the society is obvious, and the promotion of the quality of research and, consequently, the improvement of the life and welfare of the people of society in the light of moral values ​​is possible. The advancement of science will be possible in the shade of all the principles of professional ethics of research. In this regard, it is appropriate to identify and prioritize research ethics indicators and their importance.<br> <strong>Method: </strong>This research in terms of the purpose is practical and in terms of collecting information is descriptive-survey. Statistical population is consisting of faculty members of Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology, 17 experts were selected. About selecting experts we have used targeted sampling. To identify Indicators, we use library method and for settling and prioritizing, we use questionnaire. &nbsp;About data analysis methods, fuzzy Delphi method for riddling and fixing the indicators and the best-worst method to determining the relative importance of research method are determined.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> After analyzing data, 18 indicators during three phases of doing F-Delphi method are confirmed and chosen. The convergence index is less than 0.2 that indicated complete validation of results.
