fa اخلاق زیست محیطی کارکنان صنایع تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">فعالیت صنایع، ایجاد کننده بحران های گسترده زیست محیطی پذیرفته شده ای در سطح جهان هستند که علم به تنهایی برای حل مسائل زیست محیطی کافی نخواهد بود. از آن جا که جهت گیری اخلاقی نیروی انسانی شاغل در این بخش می تواند یک عامل تعیین کننده در رفتار با محیط زیست باشد، از این رو، تحقیق حاضر با هدف سنجش اخلاق زیست محیطی کارکنان شرکت فولاد اکسین خوزستان به اجرا درآمد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">روش: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع پس رویدادی است. جامعه آماری شامل 790 کارمند شرکت فولاد اکسین خوزستان بود که از این تعداد با استفاده از جدول مورگان و اعمال روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده، 259نفر مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل از آماره های توصیفی به همراه آزمون تی مستقل و آزمون آنووا استفاده گردید. اطلاعات بدست آمده با نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;">spss</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">یافته ها: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">نتایج حاصل از آزمون تی مستقل و آزمون آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه، عدم تفاوت معناداری بین متغیرهای مستقل؛ جنسیت، سطح تحصیلات، سابقۀ کار، سن و سطوح مختلف درآمد و میزان برخورداری آنان از اخلاق زیست محیطی نشان داد.</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"><span style="font-size:11px;">نتیجه گیری:</span> </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتایج این تحقیق بیانگر نوعی وجود تعهد اخلاقی برای حفظ محیط زیست نزد هر دو گروه زنان و مردان بوده است. و هم چنین کارکنان شرکت فولاد اکسین خوزستان از زمینۀ اخلاقی بسیار مطلوبی در تبیین رفتار درست با محیط زیست پیرامون برخوردار بوده اند</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>Industry activity has created widespread ecological crises around the world that science alone will not be enough to solve environmental problems. Since the ethical orientation of the human resources employed in this sector can be a determinant factor in environmental behavior. The present study was conducted with the aim of assessing the environmental ethics in employees of the Khouzestan Oxin Steel Company.<br> <strong>Method: </strong>The research method is post-event descriptive. The statistical population consists of 790 employees of the Khouzestan Oxin Steel Company. By using Morgan table, 259 people were selected through simple random sampling method. The required information was collected through a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test and ANOVA test through SPSS software.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Independent t-test and one-way ANOVA did not show any significant difference between independent variables, sex, education level, work record, age and income levels, and their degree of environmental ethics.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>The results of this study indicate a kind of moral commitment to protect the environment for both men and women.
