fa اصول اخلاقی استفاده از موش بزرگ آزمایشگاهی در پژوهش های علمی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پیشرفت&shy;های پزشکی در طول قرن&shy;ها اهمیت حیاتی استفاده از حیوانات را برای پژوهش&shy;های زیستی نشان داده است. انجام درست آزمایشات حیوانی به پژوهشگران کارآمد و زُبده نیاز دارد که آگاهی کافی در مورد شیوه صحیح استفاده از حیوانات آزمایشگاهی داشته باشند. همیشه در قلمرو فعالیت علمی انسان، اخلاق در استفاده از حیوانات در آزمایشاتی که منجر به تحمل درد و حتی مرگ حیوان می&shy;شود</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&shy;</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> مورد بحث بوده است. بنابراین حفظ حقوق حیوانات آزمایشگاهی یکی از دغدغه&shy;های پژوهشگران محسوب می&shy;شود چرا که رعایت اخلاق در این زمینه نه تنها موجب حفظ سلامت حیوان در طول مطالعه می&shy;شود بلکه دسترسی به نتایج مطلوب تحقیقاتی را نیز به دنبال دارد. موش&shy;های بزرگ آزمایشگاهی (رَت&shy;ها) به علت دوره تولید مثل کوتاه و نگه&shy;داری آسان و کم هزینه، یکی از متداول&shy;ترین مدل&shy;های حیوانی در آزمایشات علمی محسوب می&shy;شوند. امروزه یکی از شرایط پذیرش مقاله در مجلات علمی و سمینار&shy;های بین&shy;المللی رعایت استاندارد&shy;های موجود در زمینه نگه&shy;داری و کار با حیوان آزمایشگاهی است. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی و مرور جنبه&shy;های اخلاقی مربوط به بهره&shy;برداری از رت&shy;ها در پژوهش&shy;های زیستی و پزشکی از دیدگاه علمی است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">با توجه به استفاده&shy;ی زیاد از رت&shy; در تحقیقات زیستی، جهت رعایت اصول اخلاقی و حقوق حیوانات و از طرف دیگر بدست آوردن نتایج دقیق&shy;تر، رعایت استاندارد&shy;های لازم در احداث مراکز نگه&shy;داری حیوانات، آموزش به پرسنل و محققان در زمینه کار با حیوانات آزمایشگاهی و وجود مراکز نظارتی، ضروری به نظر می&shy;رسد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>Advancements made in medicine during centuries have been disclosed importance of using animal for research in biology. Appropriate conduction of animal researches needs skilled and experienced researchers who are aware of principles for using laboratory animals. Regarding scientific activities, ethical considerations for using of animals in experiments that are associated with pain and even death have been challenging issue overtime. Therefore, considering animal rights is one of the concerns of researchers; in addition to maintaining animal health, stick to animal rights is also resulted in more accurate and precise results. Rats are mostly used for scientific experimentations because of having short reproductive duration as well as their easy and inexpensive breeding. Currently, use of available standards for laboratory animal care and use is one of the conditions for accepting articles in scientific journals and international seminars.
