fa رابطه بین مدیریت امنیت اطلاعات و اخلاق‌کاری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه:</span></strong> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;">هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین مدیریت امنیت اطلاعات و اخلاق</span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;">کاری در بین کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مشهد است</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش:</span></strong> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;">پژوهش پیش‌رو از نوع &laquo;توصیفی- همبستگی&raquo; است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش 118 نفر از کارشناسان سازمان مرکزی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مشهد هستند که به کمک فرمول کوکران تعداد 90 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد. و در نهایت داده‌های تحقیق با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بر اساس نتایج پژوهش یکپارچگی با تمامی ابعاد اخلاق</span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;">کار و محرمانگی با ابعاد پشتکار و جدیت در کار، روابط انسانی در محل کار و روح جمعی و مشارکت در کار رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارند</span><span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;">براساس نتایج به‌دست آمده بین مدیریت امنیت اطلاعات و اخلاق</span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;">کاری رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background</strong>: This study examines the relationship between information security management and work ethic among employees of Islamic Azad University , Mashhad Branch.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: This research is &quot; Descriptive-&nbsp; Correlation &quot;. The population are 118 experts of the Central Organization of Islamic Azad University of Mashhad that A total of 90 subjects were randomly selected. The questionnaire reliability was assessed using Cronbach&#39;s coefficient.
