fa تحلیل کانونی رابطه بین مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای و ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>زمینه</strong>: امروزه اخلاق حرفه‌ای و سرمایه اجتماعی نقش بسیار مهمی را در سازمان‌ها ایفا می‌کنند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل کانونی رابطه بین مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای و ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی در بین دبیران مقطع اول متوسطه شهرستان نقده بود<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>روش</strong>: پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، از نوع همبستگی بنیادی یا کانونی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دبیران مقطع اول متوسطه شهرستان نقده بودند. حجم جامعه آماری 235 نفر است که تعداد 90 نفر آنها از طریق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌های مورد نیاز با استفاده از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد اخلاق حرفه‌ای و سرمایه اجتماعی جمع‌آوری و به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> و با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری ماتریس همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل همبستگی کانونی فرضیه پژوهشی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: رابطه متغیر کانونی اخلاق حرفه‌ای با متغیر کانونی سرمایه اجتماعی 73/0 می‌باشد. شاخص لامبدای ویکلز برای این ارتباط 24/0 به‌دست آمد که آماره <span dir="LTR">F</span> مربوط به آن نیز 24/14 می‌باشد که در سطح 01/0 معنی‌دار است. بنابراین این دو مجموعه ارتباط معنی‌داری با یکدیگر دارند. هم‌چنین 48/0 واریانس بین ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی با مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای تبیین می‌شود<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، تحلیل همبستگی کانونی با 99 درصد احتمال وجود همبستگی بین دو مجموعه مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای با ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی را تأیید می‌کند.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Today, professional ethics and social capital play an important role in organizations. This study aimed Canonical analysis of the relationship between Components of professional ethics and social capital dimensions among the first secondary school teachers in the naghadeh city.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This study, in terms of purpose is application, and in terms of data collection is canonical correlation. The population consisted of 250 the first secondary school teachers in the naghadeh city. That 90 person of them was selected through random sampling. The Data required by using two standard questionnaires professional ethics and social capital were collected and by SPSS software and by using Pearson&#39;s correlation matrix and Canonical Correlation Analysis for hypotheses were analyzed.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that the relationships between professional ethics with social capital, is 0/73. Wilks Lambda index for this connection was 0/24. The F-statistic of 14/24, which is also significant in 0/001. So these two significant relationships with each other.
