fa اخلاق و فنّاوری نانو تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>زمینه</strong>: مواد نانو از خواص فیزیکی و شیمیایی ویژه‌ای برخوردارند و به‌دلیل اثرات سطحی و اثرات مکانیکی کوانتوم به‌طور متفاوتی از سایر مواد عمل می‌کنند. خطر سمیت مواد نانو بعد از واکنش با دستگاه‌های بدن وجود دارد و میزان سمیت این مواد قابل پیش‌بینی نیست. با توجه به تأثیرگذاری این فنّاوری بسیار نوپا و بالقوه خطرناک در زندگی فردی و اجتماعی بشر و اثرات سوء احتمالی آن بر انسان، حیوان یا محیط ضرورت دارد جنبه‌های اخلاقی کاربرد این علم مورد مطالعه عمیق و دقیق قرارگیرد. بنابراین در این مقاله مسائل اخلاقی فنّاوری نانو مورد بحث قرارگرفته است.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری</span></strong>: <span dir="RTL">استفاده روزافزون از نانو مواد در سراسر دنیا و گسترش بسیار سریع کاربرد آن در پزشکی و عدم شناخت کامل ازعملکرد آنها در بدن انسان و محیط زیست ایجاب می‌کند تا راهکار‌ها و ضوابط اخلاقی بر نحوه ساخت، تولید و گسترش این مواد و کاربرد بالینی آنها تدوین شود تااز وقوع فجایع خطرناک بشری و زیست محیطی پیشگیری به‌عمل آید. اخذ مجوزهای لازم برای کاربرد بالینی نانو دارو‌ها باید مد نظر باشد، حتی اگر عوارض عمده‌ای از آنها در کوتاه مدت گزارش نشده باشد.رعایت اصل سودمندی در برابر عدم ضرر رسانی آنها برای انسان و دسترسی عادلانه و مساوی به داروهای نانو دارای مجوز برای همگان ضروری است. </span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background</strong>: Nanomaterial has special physical and chemical properties and acts differently from other materials due to surface effects and quantum mechanical effects. There is a risk of toxicity of nanomaterial after the reaction with the body&#39;s organs and the toxicity of these substances is not predictable. This very innovative technology may be associated with hazards to human, animals or the environment. This paper addresses the ethical aspects of the application of nanotechnology.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The increasing use of nanomaterial around the world and the rapid expansion of its application in medicine and the lack of full recognition of their performance in the human body and the environment require to regulate ethical guidelines and rules on how to make, produce and expand these materials and their clinical application to prevent the occurrence of hazards to human and environment. Obtaining the legal permits for the clinical application of nanomedicine should be considered even if major complications are not reported in the short term their application.
